Springtime at Billings Farm on Saturday, April 3rd!
Celebrate Springtime at the Farm on Saturday, April 3, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. featuring family-centered programs with the farm's lambs, chicks, and calves, plus heirloom garden activities, and wagon rides.
Visitors can plant seeds to take home or may take heirloom vegetable seeds to plant in their own gardens. Heirloom Gardening Today – a colorful presentation and discussion of the importance of old vegetable varieties – will be held several times during the day.
Springtime at the Farm is offered at a special admission rate: $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children ages 5-15, which includes all programs and activities, plus the working dairy farm and horse-drawn wagon rides. For additional information, contact the museum: 802/457-2355.
