Maple smoked gouda, chipotle cheddar, chèvre goat cheese . . . Cow enthusiasts and cheese lovers - nearly 1,300 over two days - attended BFM's Cows & Camembert event during Memorial Day Weekend - sampling over 20 varieties of fine cheeses and taking part in dairy education programs.
