Regalia is a tremendous producer with an impressive frame, having the width and openness of Top Rosanne herself. Regalia is due back in July to Exclamation. Regalia has a lovely 90 point Four Year Old by Counciller that is our end stall cow. "Councillor Reggae" has pregnancies by Whistler due in the fall.
